1. Start > Run > Notepad.
2. Paste the following:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows]
"NoPopupsOnBoot"=dword:000000013. save it is disableErrors.reg
3. Double click it, when it asks you if you want to add the information, choose yes.
